If you're anything like me, you love finding new projects to work on. For me, the satisfaction comes from taking an idea and turning it into a reality. I'm always on the lookout for new ideas, and I've been lucky enough to find a few that have helped me build my product.

I'm always looking for new gift ideas to add to my product line, and I'm grateful that I've been able to find some that have helped me build my business. My niece often asked me to create something like fillable letter boxes and fillable number boxes to present her macarons, biscuits, cookies, chocolates and other baked goods. She’s been finding the source and that she can easily order whenever she needs one. It’s quite difficult to get the design she’s after and to add to her gift ideas.

At that time, I was trying to develop other products like printing t-shirts with my designs on it but then the gift ideas slowly inspired me to why not? Lilibrigg’s Kitchen is already excited that I have been working on it. From buying materials into making the prototype, I finally got my first designs but still not happy with the kraft board I used. They tend to fold and hard to curve them around, especially those letters and numbers with curves. After searching for manufacturers within my area, I finally found the brown Kraft Board I want to use and I am happy to know that it is food safe and eco-friendly material.

This time, I have made improvements to my fillable letter boxes and fillable number boxes. I even added some new designs! Fillable shape boxes for this coming holiday events like Christmas tree, Christmas stocking, candy cane, star and heart. My next step is to develop that product and get it ready for market. There are a few key things to keep in mind as I develop my product:

1. It needs to be of high quality product and food safe. This may seem obvious, but it's important to make sure my product is well-made and will meet customer expectations.

2. I keep the costs in mind because I am on a tight budget, I need to balance the cost of materials and manufacturing with the selling price of my product.

3. I need to think of my packaging and how I make it more worth buying for gifts and more keeping.

4. As my niece has been telling me about these fillable letter boxes and fillable number boxes, my target market is those who also sell baked goods like her, some gift shop, toy shop, clothing, individual, family, friends, colleagues and more.

By keeping these things in mind, I have developed my great product that customers will love!

I got too busy working out on my prototype and samples for my fillable boxes, I had to design my logo for my brand and I didn't have a lot of money to spend on marketing, so I had to get smart and creative. I started by creating a website and social media accounts for my business. I have to learn from someone who has been doing instagram and tiktok posts, even youtube. My mind was everywhere, I wanted to show what a Zoda House Party is. I know it sounds like a party, right? Originally, I was thinking of that as events and party supplies but funds are limited so I will start with what is on demand for now. My niece was so desperate to have them in her business so I listened to her needs. At the same time I will slowly develop my line of products. Who knows it will become the way it is supposed to be in the future. Nice isn't it?

Like I said 'Image is Everything' once you show it that's it. 'First impressions last forever!'

Yes, I am now in the process of launching my products in my online store - my fillable letter boxes, fillable number boxes and fillable shape boxes.
