Zoda House Party Returns and Refund

Zoda House Party is Australian family-owned small business that creates, designs and produce unique products.

Zoda House Party creates handmade and quality fillable boxes, and we are sure that every fillable boxes that we dispatched are in excellent condition and ready for use. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request to return your fillable boxes within 7 days for a refund. Our returns and refunds process according to the situation. We will do our best to process your request for returns and refunds as soon as we receive all the information you provided. For more details, please read all the information provided below.

 

Returns and Refunds Information:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase date to be accepted for refund.

  • Unused and in its original packaging 

  • Proof of purchase - Supply the receipt or order/invoice.

 

Please Note: All return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage and Issues:

 

It is beyond our control when things happen in delivering your order that you receive it damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. 

 

And if  you received the item as defective and or wrong item, please contact us within two business days so we can evaluate the issue and we will do our best to make it right.

 

Exchanges/Change of Mind:

 

If for any reason you change your mind and would like to exchange the product you have just purchased, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the item you would like to exchange.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee if the product you are after is available and please email us and we will try to work it out for you.

 

Exceptions:

 

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and custom orders. If you have any questions please email us on zodahouseparty@gmail.com

 

Refunds:

 

We will let you know if the refund was approved or not once we received and inspected the product you returned to us. If approved, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method and please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit company to process the refund.
